When you submit an enquiry or use our services, we may collect: your name, company name, work email, phone number, the solution you are interested in, and the content of your messages. When you use our cloud services, we also process account and usage data necessary to operate the platform.
Our website stores your language preference in your browser; we do not run third-party advertising trackers.
We use your personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and support our services, manage billing, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and — with your consent — send occasional updates about our solutions.

Where we process personal data on your behalf as part of our cloud services, you remain the data user under the PDPA and we act on your documented instructions, applying appropriate security measures.
